Roy Sullivan: Lightning Man
Throughout his life, Virginia man Roy Sullivan was struck by lightning seven times. This shockingly true story is at the heart of Roy Sullivan: Lightning Man, a new folk musical from playwright-composer Benjamin Weiner. The barn-stomping score fuses fiddling with electronica to create an innovative piece that explores our relationships with love, nature, and our own inevitable fate.

Benjamin's work has been seen and heard at Jalopy, Ars Nova, Dixon Place, the Kraine Theater, and Ensemble Studio Theater. Directed by innovative director Keith Paul Medelis.
